Lundin Mining Anuncia Declaración de Dividendo Regular


VANCOUVER, Columbia Británica, Agosto 5, 2026 /CNW/ -- (TSX: LUN) (Nasdaq Estocolmo: LUMI) Lundin Mining Corporación ("Lundin Mining"o la" Compañía ") Hoy se anunció que el Consejo de Administración ha declarado un dividendo trimestral ordinario de 0.0275 dólares canadienses (CAD) por acción, pagadero el 23 de septiembre de 2026 a los accionistas registrados al cierre de operaciones del 4 de septiembre de 2026. Este dividendo califica como «dividendo elegible» para efectos del impuesto sobre la renta canadiense. La declaración, el momento, el monto y el pago de futuros dividendos quedan a discreción del Consejo de Administración. 

Los dividendos de las acciones que cotizan en la Bolsa de Valores de Toronto ("TSX") se pagarán en dólares canadienses (CAD) el 23 de septiembre de 2026. Los dividendos de las acciones que cotizan en Nasdaq Estocolmo se pagarán en coronas suecas (Kronor) de acuerdo con los principios de Euroclear el 28 de septiembre de 2026.
