Lundin Mining Anuncia Declaración de Dividendo Regular


VANCOUVER, Columbia Británica, 6 de mayo de 2026 /CNW/ - (TSX: LUN) (Nasdaq Estocolmo: LUMI) Lundin Mining Corporación ("Lundin Mining"o la" Compañía ") Hoy se anunció que el Consejo de Administración ha declarado un dividendo trimestral ordinario de 0.0275 dólares canadienses (CAD) por acción, pagadero el 25 de junio de 2026 a los accionistas registrados al cierre de operaciones del 5 de junio de 2026. Este dividendo califica como «dividendo elegible» para efectos del impuesto sobre la renta canadiense. La declaración, el momento, el monto y el pago de futuros dividendos quedan a discreción del Consejo de Administración. 

Los dividendos de las acciones que cotizan en la Bolsa de Valores de Toronto ("TSX") se pagarán en dólares canadienses (CAD) el 25 de junio de 2026. Los dividendos de las acciones que cotizan en Nasdaq Estocolmo se pagarán en coronas suecas (Kronor) de acuerdo con los principios de Euroclear el 30 de junio de 2026. Para efectuar el pago del dividendo, Euroclear aplicará un cierre administrativo temporal de las transferencias transfronterizas desde el 3 de junio de 2026 hasta el 5 de junio de 2026 inclusive, periodo durante el cual las acciones de la Compañía no podrán transferirse entre la TSX y Nasdaq Estocolmo.
